26 case laws of VietNam
INTRODUCTION
Within this collection, there are
26 case laws adopted by the Judicial Council of the
Supreme People’s Court of Vietnam
between 2016 and 2018. These case laws have been
translated by Caselaw Viet Nam
for legal researchers and law practitioners to easily access
the case laws.
We are sincerely thankful for the
